30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind every TNT Pro Series product. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Products must be in their original packaging.
Partially used products are eligible for return.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required.

How to Request a Return

Contact our support team at info@tntproseries.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide a return shipping label and instructions within 1-2 business days.
Ship the product back using the provided label.
Once received, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product for a different formula or size, please contact us and we'll arrange the exchange. The same 30-day window applies.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards are non-refundable.
Items purchased through third-party retailers must be returned to the original retailer.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, a flat return shipping fee may apply.
